The scope of work is the design and construction of buildings and infrastructure for the Centralized Customs Inspection Area (CCIA).
Total BUA of 75,201 m2 and a plot area of 860,000 m2 consisting of the below:
- General Buildings - Buildings that are dedicated for the operations of the cargo terminal such as inspection sheds, offices and interpretation buildings, laboratories, scanning installations, security facilities and workshops
- Infrastructure and Utility Buildings - Technical facilities such as fire, potable and foul water installations, substations and generator rooms.
